I just Joined and can't Login!

Welcome to the network and thanks for joining! You may need to wait up to 15 minutes for your login details to start working. It should be instant, but sometimes the Internet burps and things take a little longer than normal. If you continue to have login problems then please contact support directly. We are able to quickly access your records to identify what the exact login problem is, never hesitate to contact us!

I can't find my Login Details!

Try our Online Password Lookup Tools. This is a rather straightforward system which will attempt to email you your login details. If you used a bogus email account or can't remember which email account you used, then please contact support for assistance.

I would like to Cancel my Membership!

This is a simple process. You may either contact us directly or you may cancel online through the billing company that processed your membership

Why do pictures take so long to load?

Many sites are designed for at least 56K modems. If your modem is slower than this you may want to consider purchasing a new one. If you have a 56K, make sure your modem is configured correctly in your connection to the Internet. Please contact your Internet provider for more information.

Can I use a download accelerator?

We do not allow the use of download accelerators at this time. Please turn them off when trying to view our videos. Please contact the software provider for more information.

How do I download pictures to my hard drive?

That’s simple, just click on the thumbnail to open the larger photo. Once the larger photo is open you will see “Right click here to download image” in the bottom left hand corner. Simply right click there and save it to your hard drive.

(CTL+click for Mac users) Be sure to select a location on your computer that you will remember, then select OK.

Internet Explorer is saving photos as bitmap files, .bmp.

This happens because you need to clear your temporary internet files. Within your IE Browser click on the 'Tools' tab, then Internet Options. Under the main General tab and within the Temporary Internet Files section, click the button that says DELETE FILES. Then restart IE.

How do I download movies?

Once you've logged into the site click on the desired scene thumbnail sample. Once you are viewing the scene in question, your download options are below the streaming video, and to the left. You can then click on the desired download button and select 'Save as' or 'Save Link As' or 'Save Target As'.

(Mac: Option+Click) will start downloading the movies.

Please note that not all models have downloadable clips available and downloadable content is only available for monthly memberships. Limited Trial members are only given access to image sets.

Once you downloaded the videos it can be viewed by using Windows Media Player or VLC Media Player.

Do you offer downloadable content?

Downloadable content is only available for monthly memberships. Limited Trial members are only given access to image sets, but will have access to downloadable and streaming content once upgraded to a monthly membership plan.

Will anyone know that I joined your site?

Not unless you tell them! However, we believe that it's a good thing to tell people you enjoy porn, more importantly that you enjoy our exact sites! But no worries, we will never tell!
